Terms of Use

Postcards for iOS · Effective 30 July 2026

These terms cover the Postcards app for iOS, published by Dobreon sp. z o.o. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

1. What you get

A personal, non-transferable licence to use Postcards on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell the app, rent it out, or take it apart to rebuild it as something else.

2. Your cards are yours

You keep every right you already had in the photos you import and the cards you make. We claim no ownership and no licence to use them for anything. The only thing we ever do with a card is store the two images you chose to send, so that the link you sent can open, for as long as that link lives.

3. What you may not send

A card link is a public web page for anyone holding the link. Do not use it for anything unlawful, for anyone else’s private material published without their consent, for harassment, or for content that sexualises minors. Every card page carries a Report this card link; reported cards are reviewed and taken down if they break this section, and the link stops working immediately.

4. Postcards Pro

The app is free to use. Postcards Pro is a paid upgrade that unlocks 300 dpi export without the imprint, the print-shop PDF, subject cut-outs, postmarks from a photo’s location, the full set of materials, and links that last a year.

5. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, not by us. Requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We can help with anything else at support@dobreon.com.

6. Links, expiry and unsending

Card links expire — 30 days on the free tier, a year with Pro — and you can unsend any card at any time, which deletes the stored images. Expiry and unsending are how the service is designed to work, not faults. Save anything you want to keep to your own device before it expires.

7. Availability

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise the link service is available without interruption, and features may change between versions. Everything about making a card works offline and does not depend on our servers.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dobreon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer in the European Union.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be reported to Apple, which will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
